style="vertical-align:inherit;">二、行为客观方面不同。盗伐林木是指行为人在林木所有人、看管人或主管机关不知情的情况下,私自秘密采伐自己不具有所有权的林木；滥伐林木是指行为人有采伐许可证而不按照其规定的采伐行为以及无证任意采伐自己拥有所有权的林木的行为。</p><p style="vertical-align:inherit;">三、行为主观方面不同。盗伐林木的行为人主观上具有非法占有林木的直接故意；滥伐林木的行为人主观上没有非法占有林木的直接故意，只是对造成森林损害的结果抱有直接故意或者听之任之的态度。</p><p style="text-align:
